As an associate at HSH, Valérie advocates for her clients on personal injury cases involving class action, mass tort, aviation, product liability and motor vehicle accidents. She provides clients with legal advocacy both in English and French and handles personal injury cases in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Court. She currently sits as an Executive of the Ontario Bar Association’s Class Action Section. Valerie’s personal experience in the Air France Plane Crash has led to a lifelong passion in representing victims of airline disasters. Valerie is also dedicated to advocating for women’s rights, as evidenced in her involvement in cases involving defective birth control devices and breast implants, as well as cases that concern breaches of privacy.
Being a personal injury lawyer allows me to advocate and provide support for victims of personal injury and their families, so that they can focus on their number one goal; their recovery. To me, there is nothing more rewarding than helping clients regain their quality of life back.
