Howie, Sacks & Henry LLP – Personal Injury Law – Certified Specialist (Civil Litigation)

Renée is a partner at the firm, whose practice is devoted to fighting for the rights of injured accident victims and their families in a wide range of personal injury matters.  She has successfully conducted numerous Trials and Hearings before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

In addition to being a lawyer, Renée has been a registered nurse for over 30 years with experience in disability management in both the United States and Canada. Her medical knowledge and legal expertise enables Renée to approach each case from the central perspective, that it is her clients’ needs and long-term quality of life that is paramount.

As a former registered nurse, I know first-hand how serious injuries impact the lives of my clients and their families. These experiences have provided me with a unique combination of insight and skills to deliver caring and trusted advocacy for my clients.

She holds memberships with legal and professional associations, for which she often chairs and lectures at their continuing legal education programs. Renée is also a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario.
