Donna has worked in the field of litigation for over 30 years.
Following graduation from college, Donna received extensive training and direction from The Honourable Mr. Justice Eric S.
Lindsay and Mr. Justice Romain W. Pitt (the former law firm of
Lindsay and Pitt).

In 1987 Donna joined Jim Howie, Founding and Senior Partner, whose practice focuses on personal injury litigation. Donna works with Jim along with other partners and associates in the firm.
Donna has extensive knowledge of the various Statutory Accident Benefits Schedules. She participates and attends case conferences as a team member, especially in catastrophic cases.

Donna is a senior law clerk and has been responsible for overseeing a number of junior staff members. She has given lectures at the request of the Education Department of The Law Society of Upper Canada.

Donna is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (Law Clerk Division) and the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.

Donna is fluent in English and Italian.
