Joel is a Partner at the firm whose practice is dedicated to personal injury litigation, and in particular, motor vehicle accidents, product liability injuries and solicitors’ negligence.

Joel has argued successfully in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario and has handled the full range of personal injury claims, from slip and falls, to amputations and catastrophic brain injury. Joel is passionate about his work and has earned a reputation for understanding and fighting for the needs of his clients.
